Sri Burlu Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 20.12.2021 to the Tahsildar to remove the encroachment of the river bund, damage caused to the river bund by the 7th respondent causing obstruction to the ingress and egress to her land.
