Seeking cancellation of the impugned registered document No.3021/2019, dated 29.11.2019 registered on the file of the 4th respondent – Sub Registrar, Salur, Vizianagaram District, under Rule 26(k)(i) of the Andhra Pradesh Rules under the Registration Act, 1908, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3.
