The petitioner requested that his date of birth be corrected to 01.09.1955 instead of the recorded date of 14.06.1954 in his service records. At the time of filing the writ petition, the petitioner was approximately 56 years old. The petitioner also sought a direction from this court to allow him to continue working until he attained the age of superannuation, considering his corrected date of birth as 01.09.1955. However, since the 2 petitioner has already attained superannuation, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. T
