Sri Ravula Nagarjuna, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 05.12.2020 to the Tahsildar to conduct enquiry with regard to the illegal mutations made in the subject lands in accordance with law. Non-consideration of the said representation, filed the present writ petition. He further submits that, Revenue filed its counter affidavit categorically stating that an endorsement dated 29.11.2021 has been passed 2 on the petitioner’s representation, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication
