Raghunandan Rao) The present Writ Petition has been filed contending that the alleged detenue, was forced to file a false complaint, against the petitioner and that the detenue, had in fact given a signed affidavit, stating that he was forced to give such a false complaint primarily to assist the police officials. The petitioner contends that the police officials, having realized that the detenue has given such an affidavit, have forcibly and illegally detained the detenue with them.
