The petitioner has approached this Court, by way of the present writ petition, contending that he married the alleged detenue and were living together from 20.04.2024. But the father and brother of the alleged detenue 2 RRR, J & MRK, J W.P.No.1175/2025 had forcibly taken away the alleged detenue and are detaining her illegally and against her wishes. 3. In such circumstances, we have directed production of the alleged detenue. 4
