The petitioner is challenging the appointment of Respondent No.5 as the Anganwadi worker at the Vakadaripeta II Anganwadi Center and seeks direction to the respondents to issue a fresh notification. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied for the post of Anganwadi worker pursuant to the notification issued by the respondents in the year 2011. However, Respondent No. 5, who is a non-local candidate, was appointed to the post. It is further submitted that the said 2 notification explicitly required that the appointee must be a local candidate from the village. It is specifically mentioned that non-local candidate
