This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following reliefs: - “(i) Issue a writ of certiorari for quashing the Show Cause Notices dated 14.06.2023 served upon the petitioners by the respondents for reversion of Petitioner from the present rank of Assistant commandant to the rank of Inspector or any such order which may be passed by the Respondents in pursuance of the said Show Cause Notice being contrary to the Rules and regulations framed in the CRPF Establishment Manual.
