The present bail application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter ‘BNSS’) has been filed on behalf of the applicant, seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 208/2019, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 406/419/420/468/ 471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC’). 2. The brief facts of the present case, as per the prosecution, are that the FIR in this case was registered on the joint complaint of Mr. 2019.
