This is a petition seeking leave to appeal challenging the impugned judgment dated 20.01.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in SC No. 967/2016 arising out of FIR No. 442/2014 registered at PS Pandav Nagar, East, North East and Shahdara Districts, Delhi wherein the respondent was acquitted under Sections 376 and 506 of IPC. 2.
