This appeal is directed against order dated 25.11.2024 passed in Habeas Corpus Writ Petition No. 936 of 2024, whereby learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition, leaving it open for the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 2. The petition, in the nature of habeas corpus, was filed, inter alia, alleging that though the parties entered into wedlock on 23.06.2021, a male child was born on 27.08.2021 as parties were in relationship prior to the marriage. It is then alleged that on account of demand for more dowry, on 21.08.2022, petitioner No. 2 was thrown out of matrimonial home and the minor corpus was retained by respondent No. 4-father.
