The present intra court appeal is directed against the judgment/order dated 17.1.2025 passed by the writ court in Writ A No. 510 of 2025 whereby the writ petition arising out of the show cause notice has been dismissed leaving it open to the appellant to co-operate with the proceeding. 3. On a close scrutiny of the judgment impugned herein this appeal, we do not find any illegality or error on the basis of which interference may be called for in the impugned judgment. 4. The intra court appeal bereft of any merit is accordingly dismissed.
