This appeal is directed against the order dated 05.12.2024 passed by learned Single Judge wherein, while disposing of Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 302 of 2024, observations have been made that the State Authorities will take all endeavours to implement the orders, if there is no legal impediment, within a short period. 2. The PIL was filed seeking implementation of orders passed by the revenue authorities for removing the encroachment from a public way, in the year 2019 and 2020. The appellant as respondent no.6, filed counter affidavit and the State was required to complete its instructions. 3.
