The appeal is directed against order dated 22.5.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-C No.17279 of 2024 whereby the writ petition filed by the respondents have been allowed, the order dated 28.2.2024 passed by the appellant no.3 has been quashed and matter has been remanded back to appellant no.3 to reconsider the matter for correction of date-of-birth afresh and to pass a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of the order. 2.
