This appeal is directed against order dated 02.02.2024 passed by learned Single Judge, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2. The petition was filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to accept her application pursuant to the letter dated 02.09.2023, issued by respondent No. 3. On 29.08.2021, husband of the petitioner died on account of a road accident. After death of her husband, the petitioner filed an application under the Nirman Kamgar Mrtyu Va Divyangta Sahayta Yojana ('Scheme'), however, the said application was not accepted because at the time of registration of application, the petitioner's Aadhar Card was not linked with the savings bank account.
