The present applications, I.A 13383/2012 filed by Defendant No. 2, I.A. 5097/2013 filed by Defendant Nos. 21 and 22, I.A. 8405/2013 filed by Defendant No. 5, and I.A. 13190/2013 filed by Defendant Nos. 6-19, have been filed under Order VII Rule 11 CPC on behalf of the Defendants No.2, 5, 6 to 19, 20 & 21 for rejection of the plaint. 2. The Plaintiff has filed the present suit for partition, rendition of accounts and injunction in respect of the HUF properties of Defendant No.1 mentioned in Schedule A & Schedule B annexed to the plaint.
