The Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ( ‘Cr.P.C.’ hereinafter) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.493/2021, under Sections 323/341/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’), registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.
