Present public interest litigation has been filed inter alia seeking the following prayers:- “In view of the above, It is most respectfully prayed to this Hon’ble court for appropriate direction to the respondent for proper & time- bound scrutiny, defect raising of the fresh matters for listing in the interest of first declaration of constitution i.e. access to “justice” to all inter-alia as below: a) Time limit be imposed for processing of fresh matters for listing preferably with time limit for curing defects be imposed. b) That on default for curing defects within prescribed time the matter be transferred to expired matters in the e-filing portal Signature Not Verified By:MADHU SARDANA W.P.(C) 785/2025 Page 1 of 2 Digitally Signed Signing Date:27.01.2025 11:25:35 c) That provision in the e-filing software5 to provide details of registration of the Dy Number e-filed with auto email/SMS intimation of the registration to the petitioner d) That the endeavor to raise defects in consolidated manner instead of raising multiple times.
