The petitioner, in response to Advertisement No. 01/14 issued by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board1, applied for appointment as Trained Graduate Teacher2 (Computer Science) as a candidate belonging to the Other Backward Classes3. He secured 97.25 marks. He was shortlisted under the OBC category. He was asked to upload his e-dossier. He did so.
