On 16.12.2024, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that despite their best efforts, they could not contact the appellant and hence, this Court ordered the Registry to issue notice to the appellant. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that notice sent to sole appellant was served.
