V AJAYAKUMAR The Court made the following: JUDGMENT: When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the letter addressed to the appellants returned un- served with an acknowledgement that appellant Nos.1 and 3 died and notice that was sent to the appellant No.2 returned with an endorsement that insufficient address. Notice was sent to the address shown in the appeal. 2. It seems that the legal representatives of appellant Nos. 1 and 3 have no interest to prosecute the matter. 3. In such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Appeal for default. 4. Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, misce
