Learned counsel appearing on both sides are present. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that sole appellant died and memo dated 19.11.2014 has also been filed to that effect. On perusal of the memo dated 19.11.2014, it shows that sole appellant died on 09.11.2014. 4. Inspite of lapse of period of 9½ years, steps have neither been taken to implead the legal representatives of deceased sole appellant nor legal representatives have themselves came on record
