On 17.12.2024, on being reported by learned counsel for the appellant that he has no instructions, this Court ordered the Registry to issue notice to the appellant. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that notice sent to sole appellant returned with an endorsement ‘insufficient address’ though the notice was sent to the address shown in the appeal. 4.
