G RAMA GOPAL The Court made the following: JUDGMENT: It is represented that learned counsel for the respondents filed a memo dated 16.102.204 informing about the death of 1st and 2nd respondents. The 1st respondent died on 29.12.2011 and the 2nd respondent died on 19.05.2012. 2. It seems that more than eleven years back both the respondents have died but so far appellant has not taken any steps to implead the legal representatives of the respondents. As both the respondents died, this Court is of the view that the Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated. 3. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated.
