The notice that was sent to the appellant No.2 is returned un-served with an endorsement that “insufficient address and appellant No.3 is returned un-served with an endorsement that “No such person in this door number”. Notice was sent to the address shown in the appeal. 2. It seems that the appellants have no interest to prosecute the matter. 3.
