Heard learned counsel for the appellants is present. None appeared for the respondents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submits that despite their best efforts, they could not in contact with the appellants and hence, he reports no instructions. 4. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter and without proper representation from both sides, this Court could not proceed further. 5. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand
