On 17.12.2024, it is brought to the notice of this Court that Sri K.V.Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the appellant is no more and hence, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellant. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that notice sent to sole appellant returned un-served with an endorsement ‘addressee expired’. 4. In the result, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted
