This is an Application filed on behalf of Appellants seeking condonation of delay of 3416 days in filing the Appeal. 2. Learned Counsel for the Appellants draws the attention of the Court to the Additional Affidavit filed by the legal representatives of the predecessor in interest of the Appellants to submit that the predecessor in interest of the Appellants was severely ill for several years and passed away on 23.09.2013. The death certificate has also been annexed along with the Additional Affidavit.
