Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to implementation and operation of the order dated 24.06.2019 in Appeal No. 120 of 2019 passed by Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Ambedkar Nagar as well as removed the illegal encroachment possession of the opposite party nos. 5 and 6." 3. Considering the fact that the remedy for execution is provided under para 460 of the U.P. Revenue Code Manual, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file the said application, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
