Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.3 to remove the illegal encroachment over plot no.224 area 0.2100 Hectare situated as village Hyderabad Ta[[a Sikanderpur, Pargana Amodha, Tehsil Harraiya, District-Basti so tht the order dated 29.11.2023 passed by him may be complied." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the order for ejectment and damages passed in the proceeding under Section 67 of U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 in respect to the plot No.224, the encroachment has not been removed from the plot in question.
