It appears that the subject matter of the instant writ petition is already under consideration before the Executive Authorities on the basis of a representation made by the petitioner. Once the petitioner has approached the Executive Authorities who have taken action on the said representation, we do not deem it proper to entertain the present writ petition while the administrative action is in progress. 3.
