This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to make a bypass road in Kasba - Dhata, Tehsil - Khaga, District - Fatehpur away from from the residential area. 2. Submission has been made that the respondents are widening the road on account of which, the same would affect the villagers on account of movement of vehicles and therefore, the respondents be directed to make a bypass of the village instead of widening the road in question. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that those affected by widening of the road on the ground that they were not being paid compensation had approached this Court wherein specific directions have been given not to disturb the petitioners' therein without offering compensation to them or acquiring the land in accordance with law. 4. The
