By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed the following main relief:- i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 2 to strike of the land in question viz. Gata No. 813, 780Kha and 721 from the Khata of Banjar Land and enter the same in the Khata of Qabristan and also in the relevant revenue records the land in question be recorded as Qabristan at the earliest. 3. The dispute relates to Gata No. 1067/1, 1126 and 1016 measuring 26-16-11, 0-4-0 and 2-13-11 respectively of which new numbers recorded in the revenue record are Gata Nos. 813, 780Kha and 721
