The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide early the petitioner application dated 04/01/2025 sand to opposite party no 2 to 8 for compliance of order dated 19/12/2024 to remove the illegal and unauthorized possession and construction and encroachment of opposite party no. 9 to 10 over Gram Sabha land illegally encroached of the mentioned Gata No. 75 area 0.820 hectare and gata no. 202 area 1.226 hectare situated in the Village Sakrawan." 3.
