Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel appearing for the Lucknow Development Authority and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. Subsequent changes in the building byelaws are sought to be implemented in respect of the zonal plan according to which the land in question is earmarked for construction of a nursing home. Though we do not gather any deviation in so far as the land use is concerned, however, the building plan objected on the basis of any valid ground, if any, may be looked into by the LDA on a representation which is permitted to be made by the petitioner.
