Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that without there being any survey, unauthorized constructions are being raised. 3. Learned Standing counsel based upon the instructions states that the work of survey is underway and shall be concluded expeditiously and certain offending unauthorized occupation have already been removed. 4. In view of the said instructions, it is expected that the work related to survey shall be concluded expeditiously and appropriate action shall be taken by the respondent authority in accordance with law. 5.
