Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties nos. 1 to 3 to get removed the encroachment over public utility land i.e. land Gata No. 1049 area 8.2250 hectare situated in Gram Sabha Akaraipur, Pargana Amsin, Tehsil Sadar, District Ayodhya in accordance with law." 3. Learned Standing counsel based upon instructions, which are taken on record, states that the property in question is not registered as Public Utility land. 4. In view of the said instructions, no direction can be issued. However, the petitioner can avail the remedies as advised under law. 5. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above. Order Date :-
