Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party No. 1 to 4 to get remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party No. 7 to 10 over the land in question i.e. Gata No. 1228 area 0.0340 hectare situate at Village- Tardeeh, Pargana- Pashchimrath, Tehsil- Bikapur, District- Ayodhya which recorded in the revenue record as Rasta, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that proceedings have already been initiated, which are said to be pending. 4. In view of the aforesaid instructions, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the pending
