Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially the opposite parties no. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment over the Land Gata No. 74 recorded as a Chak marg in the Revenue record Village Kutub Zamapur, Fattapur Khurd, Distt- Faizabad now Ayodhya, which is contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." 3.
