Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 & 3 to remove the encroachment from land Gata No. 1016/0.317 hectare (reserve for Primary School), Gata No. 174/0.054 hectare reserve for (Chakmarg) and Gata No. 905/0.239 hectare (Harijan Abadi) situated in Village Naugawan, Pargana Mawai, Tehsil Rudauli, District Ayodhya (contained as Annexure No. 1), in the interest of justice." 3.
