Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at some length prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to institute the same afresh by enclosing all the relevant material constituting the cause. 3. Though the present writ petition is a second attempt made by the petitioner but having regard to the documents placed on record, we do not find any convincing ground on the basis of material placed on record to entertain the same. 4.
