The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to expedite Case No.2052 of 2023, Computerized Case No.T202314360302052 (Report Lekhpal vs Veetna Devi), under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the Court of Tahsildar, Region Varanasi, Tahsil- Machhli shahr, District- Jaunpur pending since 10.4.2023 within stipulated period. ii. issue an interim mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to remove illegal encroachment over Usar land situtated on Khasra no.981 area 1.8200 hectare situated at Village- Molanapur, Parga
