This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent nos. 2 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment of respondent no.6 in Gata No. 18 area 0.0120 hectare and Gata No. 30 area 0.0250 hectare recorded as drain (nali) in the revenue records. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that except for a complaint made on 07.09.2024, no material has been placed on record seeking to substantiate the allegations made in the petition. 3. The petition purportedly filed in public interest with such a sketchy material and based only on complaint, cannot be entertained. The same is, therefore, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
