The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment on public utility land i.e. Gata No. 192, situated at Village Hariharpur, Pargana Mahadeva, Tehsil Tarabganj, District Gonda, which is recorded as Pasture Land (Charagah) in the revenue extract." 3.
