Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 1 to 4 to remove the illegal possession over the Gata No. 393/0.041 hect. registered as public path and Gata No. 389/0.063 hect. registered as Khalihan in the revenue record situated at Village Sarma, Pargana & Tehsil Patti, District Pratapgarh." 3. Learned Standing counsel based upon the instructions states the proceedings are pending. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of holding that in case any proceedings are pending, the same shall be concluded with all expedition and in accordance with law.
