This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the order dated 17.12.2024 passed by District Magistrate, Ghazipur whereby orders have been passed for recovery of certain amounts from the Gram Pradhan, Technical Assistant and Gram Panchayat Secretary. Further, they have been given warning pertaining to the repetition in future. 2. Submissions have been made that the District Magistrate is bound to take action under Section 95 (1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and only according a warning, is not justified. 3.
