The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties numbers 2 and 5 to get remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no. 6 over the land in question i.e. gata no. 1452 demarked as Rasta (Road) situated as village- Belakhara, Paragana & Tehsil- Sadar Raebareli, District- Raebareli as the same is public utility land." 3. Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings for eviction have already been initiated. 4.
