The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 3 to take proper action against the opposite party no. 4 to 6 thereby remove illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no.4 to 6 over the public utility land (Chakmarg, Naveenparti, & Raasta) bearing Gata No. 416, 417, 370, 408 in Village Hamjapurpathan pergana Aldemau Tehsil Kadipur District Sultanpur in the interest of justice." 3.
