This Court vide order dated 31.01.2024 called upon the State Government to apprise as to the outcome of explanations called for from the Members of Tender Committee. 2. Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the explanations having been found satisfactory, therefore, the matter has been consigned to record. 3. Since the writ petition has lost its efficacy, the same is consigned to records. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 29.11.2017, the petitioner has deposited Rs.30,000/- on 05.12.2017 to show her bona fides. A copy of the receipt dated 05.12.2017 is on record. 5.
