Act as mentioned in our previous order dated 16.01.2025, proceedings whereof have been verified. 2. Once the rights of the parties have been adjudicated upon in the judicial proceedings, to which the petitioner who has brought about the present writ petition in public interest was not a party, the present petition in public interest thus would not lie and the parties to the judicial proceedings are at liberty to avail the remedy available to them under law abide by the judgment. 3.
